Dong In Kim has been awarded the most prestigious Excellence Award of NRF of Korea Engineering Research Center (ERC) in May 2014 by the Ministry of Science, ICT & Future Planning (MSIP), Korea, where his research group will work on Wireless Energy Harvesting Communications area for 7 years, 2014 to 2021 with the total funding of US$10,000K.
The ERC at Sungkyunkwan University (ERC@SKKU), Korea, invites 3 Postdoctoral Fellows to work on Wireless Energy Harvesting area. These positions are available immediately.

Position description: Postdoctoral Fellow - Candidates should have a Ph.D. Degree (EE, CS) and have strong background in data communications and networking to work on a project related to Wireless Energy Harvesting, which includes the following areas:
o RF circuit design for energy harvesting
o Multiantenna and beamforming for wireless information and/or power transfer (WIPT)
o MAC and networking for WIPT
o Mathematical optimization and performance analysis
The initial appointment will be for 1 year but it can be extended up to 4 years depending on the availability of funding and the candidate's performance. These positions come with attractive salary and benefits. The travel expenses for attending international conferences will also be available.
